Warm up the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the pot with baking paper, and start to form the balls. Take a mixture of small sized walnuts, gently shape with your hands and put it in a bowl. Flatten each ball slightly with moistened hands so that you get the shape of a coin. Bake for about 10 minutes, but beware, they must not darken because they will become hard. Leave in the baking tray to tighten a little, and then pull them out.
