Beat the butter and sugar well, add the egg to it, and then foam again. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, pinch of salt salt) in a special bowl. Add butter, sugar and eggs to the mix, and then use the mixer to bind all the ingredients. The mixture should not be added more flour, it must be sticky when shaping it into balls, so you will need to wash your hands several times while working with the dough.
