Are you wondering how Kim Kardashian manages to look the way she does? First of all, she works out six days a week, and second of all, she sticks to a certain diet program – a version of the keto diet. One thing’s for sure – she is in better shape than ever, and all thanks to a witness regime and her bodybuilder Melissa Alcantra.

Namely, Kim Kardashian’s diet includes eating lots of good fats to curb hunger pangs. According to People magazine, Melissa says that Kim can only eat “real food that’s cooked (fresh) every day.” That means that she can forget about processed foods like biscuits, breads, sauces, and even salad dressing. “Most likely if it comes out of a box, it’s not going to be good for you,” Melissa explained.

We’re sure she’s right, but could you stick to a diet without snacks? Well, Kim has to do so. Her only occasional treat is banana bread. However, it seems that she got used to it. Melissa said: “Recently she told me she had some fries that were really greasy and it made her stomach feel bad because she wasn’t used to it. Which is great because after that, you’re less likely to go for those foods.”

More precisely, here’s what Kim’s diet looks like:

Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal pancakes
Lunch: Chicken, sweet potato and vegetables
Dinner: Fish and vegetables
Drink: Four and a half litres a day

As for physical activity, Kim works out with Melissa six days a week, starting as early as at 6 am. Her exercises last for an hour and a half and include a mixture of low-intensity internal training, weight training and high-intensity interval training.

In September last year, her Snapchat video showed a circuit of:

• Hex headlift squats using a barbell weight bar
• Weighted power sleds
• Romanian deadlifts
• Seated leg presses
• Glute kickbacks on a weighted leg curl machine
So, now you know the big secret – Kim has to put some effort to keep her good looks.
