		<description>Great article!  The only disappointment was that the title led me to believe that there would be more focus on the alternatives to flash.  I have lots of questions in this area.  You mentioned a little about the scaling challenges for PCM.  What about MRAM?  Are 3D versions of PCM or MRAM viable?  Inquiring minds want to know ;-).</description>
